Role:

Ilus is a minor power, once a mortal being who ascended to divine status. Though not as powerful as the true deities, these minor powers have their own religions and followers, and are similar in most respects to the true deities.

Ilus the Master is of Lorkiran origin. By Lornkiran legend, Ilus is the hero who fought back the Corlennian griffin airships and brought an end to the kidnapping of Lornkirans by the Corlennians.

Priests:

Ilus' clergy are survivalist, warrior priests who devote their lives to the study of weapons and forms of unarmed combat. They are skilled hunters, and most tend to be solitary travellers.

Those wishing to become high priests of Ilus must prove themselves through the rite of mastery. They must seek out a senior priest of Ilus to receive their task. These rites usually take the form of entering a harsh environment, typically desert or arctic, with no supplies, and surviving for a stated period of weeks.

Temples:

Though sometimes found in settlements, most temples to Ilus are located in wildernesses and in remote areas. His temples are oftentimes built constructs, some elaborately designed with practice arenas, but they may also be simple consecrated grounds with nothing more than an altar.
