Greetings all!!!
          A while back I brought up Ark II and Damnation Alley and kinda got
myself on a hunt for info. 
          After an extensive search (that is still not done!) I do finaly
have some info to pass along. Some is interesting, some not, some just flat
out guesses. This weekend I went out and rented "Damnation Alley' <AKA
'Survival Run'> and set to task. Below is the comilation of my notes
about the Landmasters belonging to the '123 SWBMC' and they info that
was given about them either by direct diaolog or by observation. As for
the weapons, well, they did not have much so I had to guess or freeze
fram and look real close. all calabers and types are a flat out guess.
     As for the ARK II being the Landmaster, I have found that it /may/ be
the other way around. Ark II was shown starting 09/76 while 'Damnation
Alley' was copyright 1977. Not too sure, but I am waiting on answers
from CBS and George Barris Kustom Kars in N. Hollywood about it. From
the design if the Landmaster, I think it is his work. He may know what
has happened to it since the movie or if he did build it he may have
specs.
     E-mail me directly if you want a list of refrences for the show, I
actualy found an air-date list. Maybe CBS will come thru with more. 
     The Landmaster may be a viable alt for the MARS1 when you don't need a
battleship to do the work of a PBR ;)
     Well, here it is. If you wanna use it on a MP Homepage, lemme know. I'd
just like credit for it. If you wanna print it to sell..well, we can
work something out ;) If you wanna use it in a game, put me in as an NPC
for fun ;)

Notes:
     Three independent drive sources running from a gasoline power plant.
Uses semi-truck parts in the drive train. Can operate with the front or
rear wheel trinary out of commission. Side and top hatches on the main
unit and rear and top on the aftersection. Full running lights and brake
lights for urban street use. External video camera is mounted on the
forward pylon located just behind the front top hatch. Could also house
the antenna. All pylons are hardened and armored. Can operate in water
and will remain sealed when fully submerged. Can float while half full
of water. 

    The Landmaster came from 'Damnation Alley' by 20th Century Fox
