NOTES on converting from The Delta Force RPG to The Morrow Project. 1. LOAD TIME is not used, but if you want to use it in your game it is used to give an idea of how long it takes to insert a new magazine, belt, etc. 2. RANGE can be used, but Maximum range is not listed, as it is a useless number that has no meaning to the players really. 3. PENETRATION can be directly converted to E-Factor with no conversion needed. 4. RECOIL is not used in The Morrow Project. 5. FAILURE is not used, but should be included. It is the chance the weapon will malfunction. 2D6 are rolled once each Combat Round the weapon is fired, and if the Failure Number or higher is rolled, the gun jams. It must be cleared by a 2D6 +2 roll against the characters Dexterity made once each Combat Round beginning with the next round.
