Errata note: the Energy Projector should just take 2x STUN (or 1.5x STUN and 
BODY) from HKAs, not 2x Effect.  The Brick takes 2x Effect from Mental Powers, 
which extends to STUN or pips, but not BODY in the event the power does body.
