Yep; '00' on %D. The Missus found a shop that could fix it for way under what we'd been expecting to pay, and the wonderful people at our insurance company came through with a check for what they could cover this morning. So, all the pieces slid into place, and the old warhorse is back out in front of the house where it belongs.

I am pleased, I will have to admit.

Yeah, I think it rolled 5d6 under Luck!
We'd been expecting to be able to buy a new car when the Missus get the settlement from her parents' estate - they are getting on in years, and want to do this now, rather then later - so we'd been hoping to get another year out of the van. After we get the new car, the van would retire to 'stand-by' status, and be the cargo hauler for the occasional event we might be involved with. Cost today was $750, with $200 for the rental car we've been using for most of the week, which was a lot less then what we'd been expecting to pay. So, we're happy.

Yep; or '00', as we used to do back in the day.

    Oh Brave Sir Robin...

...When danger rears it's ugly head
He bravely turned his tail and fled.
Yes Brave Sir Robin turned about
    He gallantly chickened out.

Agreed; there are a lot of minnows who desperately want to be crappies. Pun intended.

Also agreed; I wouldn't touch it, after the latest boiling-of-the-pot on various websites and forums. I'm far more likely to throw a 'Chirine Con', with the motto "It's My Party And I'll Snub Who I Want To" - courtesy of the Harvard Lampoon, and one Mr. Bugger of Bug End, The Sty, Lower-middle Earth.

I found a blog just the other day wherein it was claimed that EPT was published just before D&D. Total bullocks of course, but I didn't try to argue with the guy.

    Transferred over from another thread...

Cool, I didn't know there were two red editions, or two black ones for that matter.

    So a few questions:

The AGI black ones were small format, like the Imperium edition?

Did they have that textured applied gold ornament like the red ones?

The AGI red ones with the leftover covers, do they still indicate AGI as the publisher? And do you remember how many copies were bound with those leftover red covers?
