WebRPG Online is an online role playing system developed by 
WebRPG Inc.  WebRPG Online allows you to play any traditional 
face to face game over the internet.  It provides an 'internet 
table' for the players of a game to gather around, chat with 
each other, roll dice, play sounds and move miniatures on 
maps.

The GM and players are still completely in charge of the 
rules and flow of the game.  WebRPG Online is the table top, 
you bring your own rules to it.
