EDGE Software License Agreement

This registered copy of the Earthdawn Character Generator
(EDGE) Software is NOT shareware and is NOT licensed for
distribution.  This License Agreement gives you the right to make
a backup copy of the software, either on your hard drive or on
magnetic media.  You expressly may NOT make for distribution
any copies of the EDGE software on any magnetic or electronic
media; in particular, it is a violation of this License Agreement to
copy the EDGE software, in part or in whole, to an electronic
bulletin board of any kind.

Limited Media Warranty and Disclaimer

If, within the first 60 days after you purchase it, you are not
completely satisfied with this software, you may return it,
postage prepaid, with proof of purchase to FASA Corporation for
a full refund of the purchase price.

FASA will replace defective disks or manuals at no charge,
provided you return the defective disks or manuals with proof of
purchase to FASA within 90 days of purchase.  (Proof of purchase
is the Registration Letter on original FASA letterhead, showing
the serial number of the software).

ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES ON THE DISK AND MANUAL, INCLUDING
IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED TO NINETY (90) DAYS FROM THE
PURCHASE DATE AS SHOWN ON THE PROOF OF PURCHASE.  THE
EARTHDAWN CHARACTER GENERATOR (EDGE) SOFTWARE IS LICENSED
"AS IS," AND YOU, THE PURCHASER, ASSUME THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO
ITS QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE.  FASA MAKES NO EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED
WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION WITH RESPECT TO THE EARTHDAWN
CHARACTER GENERATOR (EDGE) SOFTWARE, ITS QUALITY, PERFORMANCE,
MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.  IN NO
EVENT WILL FASA BE LIABLE FOR DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL,
INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY DEFECT
IN THE EARTHDAWN CHARACTER GENERATOR (EDGE) SOFTWARE, ITS MEDIA,
OR DOCUMENTATION, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH
DAMAGES.
