If you have a printed book that was ordered in January 2018 or earlier, please be aware of the following errata.

P12 Bestial Agility: Remove the Champion Feat (Abominations can already use Dexterity for damage by default)

P15 Elemental Claw: Remove the adventurer feat (balance reasons)

P30 Shocking Revelation, Epic Feat: The "shocked" condition can be found in Bestiary 2, page 8.

P34 Hand of Fate: "Close-quarters spell; Quick action" -> "Close-quarters spell; Daily; Quick action"

P35 The Truth in Their Eyes: "Adventurer Feat:" -> "Champion Feat:"

P37 Eliminate from Existence: "last gasp saves" -> "hard saves (16+)"

P44 Psionic Powers: "and three 1st-level powers" -> "and five 1st-level powers"
"You start with four power points" -> "You start with five power points"

P51: Mind Thrust, Champion Feat: "If the target is staggered after you hit, choose ..." --> "If the target is staggered, choose ..."

P64 Giant Crushing Boulder Of Death: "You can repeat the attack at the start of your next turn."  --> "You can repeat the attack at the start of your next turn as a quick action."

P64 Recall Death: "The saves against the ongoing damage count as last gasp saves. If the target fails its fourth save, it dies."  --> "If the target fails the third save against this power, it dies."

P66 Omniscience, Epic feat: Add "instead" at the end.

P73 Gigantic Weapon, all 3 feats: "When wielding a two-handed weapon" -> "When wielding a two-handed melee weapon"

P74 Twin Blades of Fury, all 3 feats: "When wielding two weapons" -> "When wielding two melee weapons"

P79 Killing Blow, Epic Feat: Remove "(save ends both)"

P87 Draconic Gift: "Use Charisma instead of Intelligence to determine the attack and damage effects of your swordmage spells." -> "Use Charisma instead of Intelligence to determine the attack and damage of your melee attacks and swordmage spells."

P90 Flying Blade: Add "3rd level: 2d6 extra damage" above the 5th level entry

P105 Brutal Blaster, Champion Feat: Add "You treat staggered enemies as cursed. " before "This allows you ..."

P109 Claws of Fire: 
"Ranged spell" -> "Melee attack"
Change the Special entry to: "Special: You can cast this spell as a melee basic attack or an opportunity attack." (unifies the wording with Draining Fangs)
