Steps for Using the Course and Getting More Help!
Thank you for enrolling in this Udemy course and learning how you can get more help!
To change the speed of a particular lecture video, go to that lecture, and drag your mouse over the video. You will see a button in the bottom-left corner of the video giving you the option to change the speed. Read more at https://support.udemy.com/hc/en-us/articles/229231247-Change-the-Video-Speed
If you're having difficulty viewing text on lectures where I am sharing the screen, try adjusting the video quality by clicking on the gear icon in the bottom right-hand corner of the course player. I always recommend to my students to watch the videos in atleast 720p resolution. Read more at https://support.udemy.com/hc/en-us/articles/229603888-Adjust-Video-Quality.
You can search the Udemy help database for an immediate solution at https://support.udemy.com/hc/en-us or report this issue directly to Udemy by clicking “Contact Us” on that page. This will get you the fastest response and help the problem to be fixed quickly. Udemy instructors have no control over the functions of Udemy including the hosting or interface.
You may find that another student already asked and got an answer the same question you have now! I try to answer every discussion question that is posted as soon as I can which often is daily. To perform a search, load all the discussion questions and then use Control + F on Windows or Command + F on Mac to bring up the find window. The Udemy search discussions feature is currently broken.
If you do not see an answer to your question in the course, post a new discussion with as much detail as possible! Please include any related links so that we will have all of the information to answer your question. Posting a discussion allows me to answer your question for all students to see so that the next student with this question can find my answer. I try to answer questions every single day in the course and will answer yours as soon as I read it!
