I can not see the 64 bit versions of Operating Systems listed in Oracle VirtualBox

Make sure you have Virtualization Feature Enabled on your laptop.

I can not see the 64 bit versions even though virtualization is enabled 

Turn off Hyper-V, in  "Turn Windows Features on or off" in control panel
