As the successful Candidate you will be accountable for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of IT systems hardware, software and related infrastructure. MUST HAVES:
- 6 + years proven working success in a Windows System Administration role combined with SQL Server DBA experience
- Solid working knowledge and ability with Windows & base Windows Suite programs
- Excellent practical experience of Remote Utilities/Team Viewer/ Go To Meeting
- Experience managing virtualized environments in HyperV or VMware
- Knowledge and experience with Linux, AutoCAD, Crystal Reports, Sage/Timberline, Pronto Forms
- Good experience with Security systems & access control knowledge
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with different levels and types of users
- Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving ability
- Microsoft Certification (CompTIA IT, MCSA or MCSE) or equivalent certification in relevant programs
- Must have a vehicle, valid driver's license and clean driver's abstract
- Post-secondary Degree/Diploma in relevant field or equivalent education/experience.
- Knowledge and experience with CRM is an asset
- Working experience in the homebuilding industry is a plus
