About You: The ideal candidate must be customer service-oriented, able to interact with employees of all levels of technical proficiency, and resolve various server, desktop, laptop, and printer issues. Candidates should thrive in a team-orientated environment where their thoughts, ideas, and work have a direct impact on supporting a growing company. Candidates should reside in the Calgary area, and be able to commute to the PMT facility as needed/required. Position requires the occasional weekend or international travel (< 5%).

The Server Administrator is responsible for maintaining server technology, software, upgrades, troubleshooting, documentation, and special projects as assigned by leadership. This individual will work in coordination with the Network Administrator, IT Manager, and PMT General Manager.

A successful candidate will have any combination of education/training/experience equivalent to possession of an Associate’s degree in Computer Science or related field. Experience with and possession of technical certification(s) is preferred.
